David Ortiz López

David Ortiz López is a Senior Software Engineer at Datadog since July 2021, with prior experience at Red Hat and 3scale, focusing on Kubernetes and API management. David has developed an ingress gateway for Knative and contributed to APIcast at Red Hat, while at 3scale, experience included backend work for a high-demand API management platform. Previous positions include software engineering roles at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, where David designed a cloud management platform, and Colcentric, where development of a web-based project management tool took place. David holds a Master's in Technology from Purdue University and a Master's in Sustainability along with a Computer Science degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
