Geraud Boyer is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Datadog since November 2019, Geraud focuses on the payments platform and has a strong background in Scala, Java, and MySQL. Prior to Datadog, Geraud founded 1533 Systems, Inc. and held significant roles at MZ, Imgur, and Twitter, including positions as Senior Software Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Director of Engineering. Geraud co-founded CardSpring, the world's first payment card application platform, and has contributed to various innovative projects in mobile media and educational software. Geraud holds an Engineer's Degree from Centrale Lyon and a Master's Degree from CentraleSupélec.
