Hallie Eng

Hallie Eng is the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer at Datadog, leveraging extensive experience in HR consulting and management. Previously, Hallie held positions such as Director of HR Operations and Chief of Staff at American Express, where they supported a global HR team and managed talent processes, as well as leading HR Mergers & Acquisitions. Hallie also served as VP of HR Program Governance at BNY Mellon, overseeing various HR initiatives. With a foundation in strategic projects from UBS and consulting roles at Deloitte and Accenture, Hallie has developed strong expertise in project management and HR strategy. Hallie is currently pursuing a BS in Economics with a focus on Management at The Wharton School.
