Jay Patel

Jay Patel is a Senior Software Engineer at Datadog, specializing in image and video processing, video coding, and machine learning. Prior to this role, Jay worked at Intel Corporation as a Graphics Software Engineer and participated in Pre-Si Development, as well as serving as a Graduate Intern Technical. Jay also held positions as a Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Qrypt. They earned both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where Jay served as a Graduate Student Instructor for the Embedded Control Systems course.
