Jules Chapon

Jules Chapon is currently an Applied Scientist at Datadog, a position held since 2025, following an internship there earlier that same year. They have also served as a Mathematics Tutor at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève and contributed to a project at the CREST - Center for Research in Economics and Statistics, focusing on estimating excess mortality due to Covid-19. In 2023, Jules undertook roles as a Data Science Consultant Intern at Veltys and Data Scientist Intern at ManoMano, where they developed algorithms for optimizing gas contracts and maximizing revenue from sponsored products, respectively. Jules holds a Master's in Management from HEC Paris, a Bachelor's in Applied Science from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and is pursuing advanced degrees at ENS Paris-Saclay and ENSAE Paris.
