Kate Wu holds a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University, completed in 2020. Wu gained early experience as an Academic Peer Advisor while advising on Psychology and Integrative Neuroscience from January 2019 to December 2020. Additional experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Fellow in the Operations, Information and Decisions Department at The Wharton School in the summer of 2019. Wu further developed a career in recruitment, beginning as a Recruiting Coordinator at Publicis Health from March to October 2021, followed by roles as Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator II for Technical Solutions at Datadog from October 2021 to November 2022. Currently, Wu is a Recruiting Systems Specialist at Datadog, a position held since February 2023. Previous experience also includes an internship in Human Resources at Proskauer Rose LLP from September 2020 to February 2021.
