Lydia Fujimura, MS, is a People Business Partner at Datadog, currently focusing on creating an inclusive company culture where employees feel valued. With a strong foundation in Organizational Development, Lydia has previously worked as a Global People Business Partner at Visier Inc. and as an Organizational Development Specialist at Taco Bell, where they oversaw employee onboarding and leadership development.
