Marissa Parillo is an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in building and leading global recruiting teams, currently serving as VP of Business Recruiting at Datadog since October 2015. In this role, Marissa has focused on hiring top talent to support the growth of a leading SaaS business, having previously held positions such as Senior Director and Director of Business Recruiting at the same company.
