Matthew Meen

Matthew Meen is an experienced technology leader specializing in engineering and platform security. Currently serving as Director of Platform Security at Datadog since November 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Director of Engineering at Komodo Health, overseeing a team of approximately 25 individuals and managing pivotal services including API generation. Matthew's prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Veeva Systems, where leadership encompassed the architecture and implementation of large-scale data ingestion platforms, and at Crossix Solutions, focusing on software and data solutions and cloud migration. Earlier experience at Trayport involved leading technical operations and support teams, ensuring client satisfaction while implementing SaaS solutions. Matthew holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Computing Science from the University of East Anglia.
