Michelle Russo is a Senior Enablement Program Manager at Datadog and has a robust background in leadership development and people operations. Previously, they served as a Manager of Learning and Development at Wayfair and as the Head of Program at Classical Charter Schools, where they consulted to enhance literacy instruction.
