Sankha P

Sankha P is currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the Product Platform at Datadog since July 2024, with a focus on dashboards, notebooks, sheets, visualizations, DDSQL, and search functionalities. Previously, at Reddit, Inc. from April 2018 to June 2024, Sankha built and led the Core Experience Engineering organization, overseeing approximately 110 team members across multiple functions. Additionally, the leadership role in B2C Consumer Experience involved the implementation of a GraphQL-first environment. Sankha's earlier experience includes senior engineering management positions at Glassdoor, emphasizing operational excellence and workflow optimization, and foundational roles at Amazon and IBM in software development and technical leadership. Sankha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
