Sarah O'Neill is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition across multiple regions, including North America, LATAM, and EMEA. Currently serving as the Director of GTM Recruiting at Datadog since May 2018, Sarah has received multiple awards, including the Global People Team "Top Dog" Award in both 2024 and 2023, as well as the Global Recruiting Team "Top Dog, Leadership Award" in 2022.
