Stephanie Tilden is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager for Monitor Notifications at Datadog since October 2025, Tilden previously held senior engineering management roles at CLEAR focused on the Identity & Payments Platform and at Square, overseeing Subscriptions & Payments. Additional experience includes significant positions at Dataminr and Microsoft, where Tilden contributed as a senior software engineer and program manager. As the CTO and co-founder of Sessa Inc., Tilden demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Tilden holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame.
