Steve McEwan

Steve McEwan is an experienced technology leader specializing in professional services and customer success across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as the APJ Head of Professional Services at Datadog, Steve leads the technical post-sales strategy to drive business value for customers. Prior to this role, Steve held positions including Senior Data Warehouse Consultant at Match & Wood and Cloud Cost Optimisation FinOps Lead at Quinticon. With a strong history in customer success at Databricks and Google, Steve has built teams and established metrics to enhance service effectiveness. Additional experience includes managerial roles in IT infrastructure at University of Technology Sydney and The Hollard Insurance Company, and technology leadership positions at IPG and Dimension Data. Steve holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from Heriot-Watt University.
