Thibault DARSY

Thibault Darsy is currently the EMEA People Operations Director at Datadog, where they lead HR strategy across over 15 countries to support the company's rapid growth. Previously, Thibault served as the Global People Operations Senior Director at Doctolib, overseeing HR processes for more than 3,000 employees during a period of international expansion. They began their career as a Consultant at Michael Page and have held various HR roles at EY, including HR Business Partner and Recruitment Manager. Thibault holds a Master 2 (M2) in Accounting and Finance from ISC Paris.
