Tim Sara

Tim Sara is a technology professional with extensive experience in web development and software engineering management. Currently serving as Manager I of Websites Development at Datadog since November 2024, Tim previously held the role of Software Engineering Manager at HealthFleet for a decade, where management of a team of three React developers and collaboration with stakeholders were key responsibilities. Tim also successfully implemented Agile methodologies to enhance development processes and led initiatives such as transforming a member-facing web application for internationalization. Earlier roles include Front End Web Developer and Scrum Master, contributing to the launch of an interactive platform for a major health insurance provider, as well as a Web Developer at Moo Digital. Tim holds a degree from Western Connecticut State University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
