Sridhar co-founded Reliable Software in 2011, where they served as the COO and was responsible for overseeing ongoing business operations and leading strategic initiatives. At Reliable Software, they focused on driving continuous improvement, productivity, and professional development efforts, as well as leveraging new Cloud, DevOps, and Analytics technologies to help customers achieve digital transformation.

Prior to Reliable Software, Sridhar co-founded DataFactZ in 2011 and served as the CFO. Sridhar also worked at Enterprise Rent A Car from 2003 to 2011 as the Lead Software Engineer, at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. from 2001 to 2003 as a Sr. Software Engineer, at Sprint from 1999 to 2001 as the Lead Software Engineer, and at TCS from 1997 to 1999 as a Software Engineer.
