Swetha Dutpala

Swetha Dutpala has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Swetha started their career as an HR Recruiter at Arnav Management Services in 2011, where they were involved in the end-to-end recruitment cycle and worked closely with clients and top-level management. In 2012, they joined Advantage One Human Resourcing Pvt Ltd as an IT Recruiter, where they placed consultants for contract and permanent positions in the IT industry. Swetha also conducted initial screening interviews and utilized various recruitment techniques. In 2014, they joined DataFactZ as an HR Executive and gradually progressed to the roles of HR Manager and HR Director. During their time at DataFactZ, they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, training new recruiters, onboarding new employees, and developing HR policies and a manual. Swetha is currently working as an HR Director at diwo, a position they have held since 2018.

Swetha Dutpala pursued their education in a chronological manner. Swetha completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Embedded System from Princeton College of Engineering & Technology between 2010 and 2012.
