Sphiwe Luthuli

Sphiwe Luthuli is a Senior ECM/ICM Consultant and Partner at Datafinity, specializing in OpenText Intelligent Capture development and support. They began their career with an internship as a Systems Trainer at Edcon, where they excelled in end-user testing and training. Sphiwe held roles at Datafinity as a Junior Intelligent Capture Developer and later as a Senior Intelligent Capture Developer, overseeing solution design, client consultation, and project management. They have also served as a Development Manager (ECM), leading software development teams and ensuring quality and compliance in ECM projects. Sphiwe is currently pursuing a diploma in Business Information Technology at the University of Johannesburg.
