Scott Rulapaugh

Scott Rulapaugh began their work experience as a PACS Application Analyst Tier I & II at Merge Healthcare in July 2007. After three years in this role, they were promoted to PACS Support Supervisor and held this position until September 2011. From September 2011 to June 2014, Scott worked as a Healthcare Application Analyst at Nemours Foundation. Following this, they joined Adventist Health System in June 2014 as an Assistant Manager PACS and Voice Recognition, a role they held until March 2016. Scott then transitioned to Mach7 Technologies, where they worked as an Implementation Project Manager from March 2016 to May 2020. Currently, they are employed at DataFirst Corporation, starting in May 2020 as a Project Manager and eventually being promoted to Manager of Software Implementation in June 2022.
