Frank founded Strategic Vision Consulting, Inc. and operated as Owner from January 1993 to June 2008. Additionally, Frank began a professional career as a Consultant at Price Waterhouse from June 1990 to December 1992. Frank holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from Princeton University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
