Niklas Baumstark has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. 🔓 Niklas started their career in 2010 as a Freelancing Security Engineer at 8com GmbH, where they conducted security assessments, developed internal security tools, and implemented various attacks. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Freelancing Software Engineer at factis research GmbH. In 2013, they served as an Academic Tutor at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) / University of Karlsruhe (TH). 🔓 Niklas then had internships as a Software Engineering Intern at Google in 2014 and 2016. In 2014, they were also a Research Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University. From 2015 to 2021, they co-founded and served as the CTO of Cashlink. Since 2020, they have been the Chief Research Officer at Dataflow Security. Throughout their career, Niklas has gained experience in security research, software engineering, and leadership roles.

Niklas Baumstark received a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2014. 🔓 Niklas then pursued a Master's degree in Informatics from KIT, completing their studies in 2018.
