Mohan Kannan

Mohan Kannan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT consulting, data management, and business development. As the Founder and CEO of Datafy Inc., previously Mint Business Solutions, Mohan has driven innovative solutions in data science, analytics, and cybersecurity since 2008. Mohan co-founded Peoplepower, a recruiter-focused resume database platform, and has held key leadership roles at Korcomptenz Inc. and Kellton Tech Solutions Limited, overseeing business development and client services. Prior experience includes leading the Professional Services division at Tata Consultancy Services. Mohan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rajagiri College and several certifications in software quality engineering and global human resources.
