David Muehling is a data analysis, transformation, and privacy executive with over thirty years in Information Technology. They have extensive experience in application development, data, networking, and systems integration, with a focus on security, policy, and identity management. Currently, David serves as Founder and CEO of DataOnTarget and holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Datagence. David’s career includes significant roles at Novacoast, Gartner, and Identity Partners, where they have worked with numerous organizations to enhance their identity management and information security practices. They graduated from The American University in Washington D.C. with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice. David currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri.
