Andre Karjoth

Andre Karjoth is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as VP Legal & Compliance and General Counsel at DataGuard since October 2025, Andre co-founded PflegeTreib GmbH in August 2020 and established Andre Karjoth Invest & Consulting in June 2018. Previously, Andre held significant positions at Spryker, including Group General Counsel and VP of Legal, Compliance, Data Protection & Information Security, and also served as Legal Counsel at LemonSwan and Head of Legal at LOVOO. Andre's career began at Parship Group, where leadership of the legal department was undertaken from October 2009 to May 2016. Educational credentials include an Erstes juristische Staatsexamen and Zweite juristische Staatsexamen from prominent institutions in Hamburg, complemented by studies at the University of Toronto.
