Aimee Coelho

Aimee Coelho is a Senior Research Scientist at Dataiku since February 2018, where responsibilities include developing research strategies in AutoML and meta learning and designing experiments to enhance machine learning capabilities. Previous experience as a Data Scientist at Dataiku involved collaborating with industry leaders on applied machine learning projects, offering insights into the entire project lifecycle. Coelho holds a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Oxford, where contributions included processing and statistical analysis of big data at CERN. Additional experience as a Data Scientist at Cartola Analitico focused on predicting player performance in the Brazilian Serie A Football Championship. Coelho's formal education also includes an MPhys in Physics from the University of Reading and coursework at Rochester Grammar School.
