Heather Ramsey

Heather Ramsey, MBA, serves as the Director of Customer Success at Dataiku since May 2022, bringing a wealth of experience in customer success management. Prior to Dataiku, Heather held the position of Customer Success Lead at Zensors and was the Director of Customer Success at Seegrid, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 25, overseeing technical account management for autonomous mobile robots, and enhancing customer lifecycle strategies. Heather has a diverse background that includes entrepreneurial experience in online retail, and extensive geological expertise from roles at Shell, EXCO Resources, Chesapeake Energy, and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Academic credentials include an MBA and an M.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a B.S. in Geology from West Virginia University.
