Ignacio Galán Jiménez

Ignacio Galán Jiménez is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and technology sectors, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Dataiku since October 2025. Previously, Ignacio held the position of IDV DevOps & Delivery Team Lead at Thales from June 2013 to November 2025, where responsibilities included working closely with R&D to define SaaS architecture and implement new services for the KYC ID Verification Solution. Ignacio's earlier experience includes roles as a Consultant at ALTEN, focusing on network operations for Bouygues Telecom, and as a Liaison Office Coordinator in Algeria for Arnaiz Consultores, overseeing project management and commercial support.
