Nikki Hand

Nikki Hand, MS, PHR, currently serves as Sr. Director of People Business Partners at Dataiku, where leadership is provided for global and regional teams to implement data-driven solutions and change management strategies. Previously, Nikki held the role of Director of HR Business Partnership and Talent Management at Axia Women's Health, focusing on aligning HR strategy with business objectives to enhance talent management and employee engagement. At IQVIA, Nikki advanced through various HR leadership roles, offering strategic guidance across commercial services and leading initiatives in mergers and acquisitions. Nikki's extensive HR experience is complemented by a Master’s degree from Villanova University and a certificate in Human Capital Development from Cornell University.
