Phil Haynes

Phil Haynes is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust career in building and optimizing recruitment functions across various high-growth companies. Currently serving as VP of Talent at Dataiku since April 2025, Phil previously held the position of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Amplitude from April 2023 to April 2025, where significant improvements in talent acquisition efficiency, including a 75% increase in hires per quarter, were achieved. Prior to that, Phil was Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Nubank, where a proactive team structure was established and substantial costs were saved. Phil also led Global Talent Acquisition at Zoom Video Communications during a period of unprecedented growth, successfully doubling hiring plans amidst the pandemic. Earlier experience includes a Vice President role at Talend, focused on enhancing employer value propositions in a competitive candidate market. Phil Haynes holds a BS in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University and continues education at the University of Colorado Boulder.
