Simone Williams is an experienced professional in sales compensation with a strong background in designing and managing incentive programs. Currently serving as the Director of GTM Global Sales Incentive Compensation at Dataiku since May 2023, Simone previously held similar leadership roles at Klaviyo and Kantar. With a solid tenure as Senior Manager of Global Sales Incentive Compensation at Sprinklr, Simone also offered expertise as an Independent Compensation Consultant for notable companies such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals and American Express for a decade. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Independence Community Bank/Sovereign.
