David Reed

David Reed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data governance and literacy. Currently serving as the Chief Knowledge Officer and Evangelist at DataIQ since April 2011, David has authored "Becoming Data Literate" and plays a key role in aligning product offerings with the DataIQ Way, engaging with members, and promoting data literacy to enhance decision-making and process design. Previously, David held the position of Knowledge and Strategy Director, contributing to DataIQ's mission to drive value through data intelligence for enterprises. Additionally, David was the Founder of The Data Governance Forum and has served as an editor for various publications, including IDM Journal of Direct, Data and Digital Marketing Practice and Data Strategy. David holds a Master of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge.
