DataJoint is the scientific data foundation for accelerated Life Sciences R&D.

Acceleration starts long before the lakehouse, the warehouse, or the model. It starts where the experiment is designed, codified, and made reproducible. That is where DataJoint begins.

Most platforms start at the instrument and assume the science is already clean. It isn't. The provenance, the parameters, the pipeline logic: everything that makes a result trustworthy gets lost between the experiment and the system meant to receive it.

DataJoint is the computational database that fixes that upstream. We codify experiments, pipelines, and results as first-class scientific data, so a result can be rerun exactly and reused with confidence.

Call it scientific memory. A scientist leaves and the knowledge stays. An analysis from two years ago runs again and returns the same answer. Work compounds instead of starting over.

We don't replace the stack you already run. We make its inputs more trustworthy and valuable. As a Databricks Built-On partner, DataJoint delivers governed, AI-ready assets into the lakehouse with full provenance, so everything built downstream stands on science that holds up.

Proven in the world's most demanding multimodal research. Now built for pharma and life sciences R&D.

Better science in. Better intelligence out.
