Charlotte Xia

Charlotte Xia is a Program Manager at Datalex, responsible for delivering new platforms and functions to customers, as well as managing new and existing customer projects. Previously, Charlotte worked as a Project Management Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, ensuring timely delivery of solutions to meet customer requirements. Charlotte's effective strategies led to notable improvement in customer satisfaction among Chinese customers during their time as an APAC Support Account Manager. Charlotte holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Beihang University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from Tian Jin University of Commerce.
