Tara McNicholas

Tara McNicholas is an experienced program manager currently overseeing a pioneering Digital Transformation project for the airline industry at Datalex since January 2022. With a robust background in project management, Tara has held various roles at Datalex, including program manager from February 2015 to September 2020, and served as a project manager at the National Lottery from September 2020 to December 2021. Additionally, Tara has been a BEX Excellence Baseline Auditor at The Business Excellence Institute since August 2014. Prior experience includes over 17 years at GTECH S.p.A., where multiple leadership roles were undertaken, including senior project manager and programme manager. Tara holds a Bachelor's Degree in History and Politics from University College Dublin and has furthered education at the Institute of Project Management Ireland and the Irish Management Institute.
