Tiffany Kay has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Tiffany began their career at JDSU in 2000, where they worked as a Program Manager for three years. Following this, they joined Cypress Semiconductor as a Buyer/Planner, where they managed consigned inventory programs and built strong relationships with subcontractors. After leaving Cypress Semiconductor, Tiffany worked at Smart Modular Technologies as a Sr. Buyer/Planner and Inside Sales Specialist. During their time there, they handled purchasing, scheduling, and backlog management, while also providing support to major contract manufacturers.

In 2006, Tiffany joined COMPSERV, INC as a Purchasing/Program Manager. In this small company, they oversaw the creation of purchase orders, scheduling, backlog management, and expedited orders. Tiffany then moved on to KLA Tencor as a Sr. Buyer/Planner, where they worked in the spares manufacturing department, handling purchasing and sourcing of hard-to-find materials.

From 2012 to 2016, Tiffany worked at IronKey by Imation as an Operations Manager. Tiffany'sresponsibilities included supply chain management, contract negotiation, materials management, and demand forecasting. Tiffany also managed remote contract manufacturers and ensured on-time production goals and quality objectives were met.

In 2016, Tiffany took on a role as a Consultant at Kingston briefly before transitioning to their next position as a Procurement Logistics Manager at Intersil Corporation. During their time at Intersil Corporation, they led a team of buyers and logistics personnel, handled CAPEQ purchasing, and successfully finalized the sale of an equipment line.

Most recently, Tiffany has been working at DataLocker since 2016. Tiffany initially joined as the Director of Manufacturing and was responsible for managing order fulfillment and the production team remotely. Tiffany also managed inventory for hardware products and successfully oversaw the move of the manufacturing site from the Los Angeles area to the Kansas City area, resulting in better oversight and cost savings. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of VP of Manufacturing Operations.

Tiffany Kay completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on Foundations for Teaching from Notre Dame de Namur University. Tiffany attended the university from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in MSM (Operations) from the same university, graduating in 2011.
