Eric Shore

Eric Shore has a diverse work experience in the technology and creative industries. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Innovation Officer at pdfRest, a role they have been in since August 2022. Prior to this, Eric served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Datalogics starting in July 2022. Eric also held the role of Chief Technology Officer at Datalogics from September 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Datalogics, Eric worked at 321LAUNCH, where they held several roles including Vice President of Research & Development from September 2012 to October 2016, Lead R&D Technical Director from February 2009 to September 2012, Lead Character Technical Director from February 2007 to February 2009, and 3D Artist from October 2006 to February 2007.

Eric also gained experience as a CG Artist Intern at Curious Pictures in October 2006 and as the Animation Department Chair at ACM SIGGRAPH University of Pennsylvania Student Chapter from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, they worked as a Technical Director at Higher Media Productions from June 2005 to August 2005.

Through their various roles, Eric has demonstrated their expertise in innovation, technology leadership, and creative development.

Eric Shore's education history begins in 1998 when they obtained their High School Diploma from Chaparral High School. Eric then went on to attend the University of Pennsylvania from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) with a major in Digital Media Design and minors in Cinema Studies and Fine Arts. In 2005 and 2014, Eric attended the ACM SIGGRAPH Conference as a Full Conference Attendee, focusing on computer graphics.

In 2007 and 2008, they attended the Autodesk API Developer Conference, furthering their knowledge in computer programming applications. In 2016, Eric completed a Product Management Bootcamp at General Assembly. Eric also pursued additional certifications, including Managing Technical Projects from Lynda.com in 2016 and Strategic Leadership & Management Specialization, Data Visualization from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2020. Eric attended the Northwestern University Certificate program in Business Analytics for Decision Makers in 2019. That same year, they also attended the DevExec World Conference to expand their expertise in development and engineering leadership. In 2018, Eric focused on Total Project Quality at Construx. Lastly, in 2017, they attended the Better Software West conference to enhance their software development skills.
