Lisa Carrano

Lisa Carrano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lisa is currently a Product Manager at Datalogics since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Explorance from October 2018 to December 2020, first as a Product Manager and then as a Customer Success Manager. From April 2014 to September 2018, Lisa was a Product Manager at CEB, now Gartner, and also served as a Product Specialist from November 2012 to March 2015.

Lisa's earlier experiences include working as a Business Intelligence Business Analyst and Consultant at Education Affiliates from December 2011 to June 2012. Lisa was a New Media Implementation Manager and Academic Technology Trainer at Kaplan Higher Education Corporation from November 2010 to November 2011 and from August 2007 to November 2010, respectively. Lisa started their career as a Senior Financial Aid Officer and Tuition Planning Advisor at the International Academy of Design and Technology from January 2005 to August 2007 and from January 2004 to January 2005, respectively. Lisa also briefly worked in Financial Aid at Saint Xavier University from September 2002 to December 2003 and as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Central Florida from June 2002 to August 2002.

Lisa Carrano obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Central Florida (UCF) between 1998 and 2002. Additionally, they received the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in July 2020.
