James Kalyta

James Kalyta has over 30 years of work experience. James started their career in 1985 as the Director of Business Integration at The International Group, Inc. where they worked until present. At The International Group, Inc., they are responsible for refining, compounding, and blending industrial waxes for various markets such as packaging, candle, plastics, rubber, and others. James also oversees the production of recyclable water-based coatings for the paper packaging market through IGI Enviro-Coatings.

In 2001, James joined IGI as the Director of Business Development. James held this position until 2007.

James Kalyta completed their Honours BSc in Chemistry from McMaster University from 1981 to 1985. James then pursued an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 1997 and 2000.
