Roy Schers is an experienced customer engagement and success professional with a strong background in the dairy industry. Currently serving as Customer Engagement Manager at Datamars since March 2023, Roy previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at Connecterra from February 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included building client loyalty and supporting sales initiatives. As the owner of Schers Agroservice from 2017 to February 2021, Roy focused on improving herd management for large dairy farms.
