Steve Berman

Steve Berman is the Director of Risk and Compliance at DATAMATX, Inc., where they handle all aspects of risk, compliance, security, and quality management. They have been with DATAMATX since December 2017, initially serving as the Corporate Controller. With over 30 years of experience across various industries—including data processing, SaaS, and defense—Steve has developed extensive expertise in compliance standards such as SOC 2 and PCI-DSS. They previously held leadership roles as President of Charisworks LLC, CEO of Homenet Communications, and General Manager at PRIMORIS Services LLC, among others. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
