Previously, Nigel was the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Customer Officer at Ingenico, where responsibilities included leading go-to-market strategies and revenue transformation initiatives. With a career spanning over two decades, Nigel has held key leadership positions at notable companies including American Express, MoneyGram, First Data, and Electronic Data Systems. Nigel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
