Jagan Shantigram

Jagan Shantigram is the current CTO at Datami. Prior to Datami, Jagan served as Vice President Engineering and Managing Director at Airvana from April 2004 to September 2013. At Airvana, Jagan was responsible for product development for 4 product lines, supplying to tier 1 wireless operators - products include 4G small cells, 3G RNC software, Universal Pkt Gateway and System Mgmt. Jagan successfully managed several inherited customer facing crises – lead from the front with transparent communication, made team and product changes, introduced quality and organization processes, winning back customer confidence and credibility of the team.

Before Airvana, Jagan served as Senior Manager/Consulting Engineer at Photonex from March 2000 to August 2003. Jagan also served as Principle Engineer at Bay networks from September 1995 to February 2000 and at Wellfleet Comm/Bay Networks from January 1995 to December 2000.

Jagan Shantigram has a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University. Jagan also has an MSc in ECE from North Carolina State University, and a Btech in ECE from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Finally, they also have a bachelors degree from the Indian School of Business.
