Fraser Charles has held various roles throughout their work experience. Fraser started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at SNC-Lavalin in 2005 and progressed to become Chief Mechanical Engineer, where they built and led a department of 13 engineers. Fraser then transitioned to the role of Manager, Engineering, where they were responsible for department culture, quality of engineering, recruiting, and outsourcing strategies. Fraser later became Operations Manager at SNC-Lavalin, leading a team of 20 people and overseeing office operations, business development, and project management. Fraser was also Acting General Manager, where they directed business development activities and interdivisional cross-selling strategies.

Fraser joined MediaValet in 2016, initially working as a Partner Development Manager before becoming Head of Global Strategic Partnerships. In these roles, they focused on partner development and building partnerships with Fortune 500 companies. Fraser then served as VP, Partnerships, where they contributed to the company's growth and success in forming strategic alliances.

Most recently, Fraser joined Dataminr as Director, Business Development & Tech Alliances, where they continue to utilize their expertise in building partnerships and driving business development.

Prior to their professional career, Fraser worked at McMaster University as a Research Associate and Teaching Assistant, where they were involved in teaching engineering courses and conducting research.

Fraser Charles holds a Master of Applied Science (MASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering from McMaster University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. In addition, Fraser Charles has obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer (P.
