Jonathan Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to the present. Jonathan started their career as a Retail Customer Care Representative at Verizon Wireless from February 2001 to November 2003, followed by a role as a Retail Sales Representative from December 2003 to January 2006.

After this, Jonathan worked as a Help Desk Coordinator I at Linens N Things from February 2006 to October 2006, providing technical support to retail stores in the US and Canada. Jonathan then joined Ernst & Young as a Technology Support Specialist II from July 2006 to October 2011. In this role, they provided technical assistance to staff, partners, and key global executives, as well as acted as the Northeast Area Mobile Handheld Device Subject Matter Expert.

Jonathan then moved on to Criteo as an IT Service Desk Team Lead - Americas from November 2011 to April 2015. Jonathan provided on-site and remote support to users in various locations and was responsible for planning technology facilities for new office expansions.

Subsequently, Jonathan worked as an IT Helpdesk Manager at Major League Soccer from May 2015 to October 2015, where they managed a team and oversaw the transition of the ticketing system.

Jonathan then joined LendKey Technologies, Inc. as a Senior IT Support Engineer from November 2015 to April 2017 before moving to their current role as a Senior IT Support Engineer at Dataminr from July 2017.

Jonathan Rogers attended St. Paul School from 1986 to 1995 for their primary education. Following that, they completed their secondary education at Queen of Peace High School from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they did not receive any specific degree. Subsequently, Jonathan enrolled at Kean University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a Technology Option. Additionally, in May 2015, they obtained the Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.10 certification from Apple.
