Dmitrii D. is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in site reliability engineering, IT support, and network design. Currently serving as a Site Reliability Engineer at Datamole since April 2022, Dmitrii previously held the position of IT Specialist at Conduent from June 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included maintaining over 600 machines in call center environments across Europe and implementing process automation using JAMF, Bash, and Python. Prior experience includes working as a Network Engineer at Mikenopa from December 2014 to May 2018, focusing on network design and L2 support, as well as serving as a Helpdesk Operator providing tier 1 technical support in hotel and business center settings.
