Emo van Halsema

Emo van Halsema has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emo started their career in 1988 as a M.Sc. and Ph.D. student at TU Delft, where they worked as a colleague until 1998. In 1998, they founded HaloteC and served as its Owner and CEO until 2013. During this time, they also founded HaloteC Instruments BV, a company where they held the position of CEO.

In 2013, Emo joined Lely Industries NV as the Chief Scientist, a role they held until 2016. After that, they worked at Datamole as a Business Coach from 2015 onwards. Currently, they are employed at Felan Innovations as the Chief Inspiration Officer, a position they have held since 2017.
