Andrej Glezl has extensive work experience, beginning in 2001 as a Lawyer for Allen & Overy. In 2004, they became a Researcher at Comenius University. In 2009, they took on an Advisory role at KPMG Slovakia, and in 2010 they became an Independent Adviser. In 2012, they became the CEO of Forsys a.s., and in 2013 they became the CEO of Datamolino, a company that provides the benefits of large enterprise solutions in the area of invoice processing to accountants servicing SMEs. In 2021, they became a Co-Founder of Calma - klinika duševného zdravia.
Andrej Glezl obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School in 2007-2008. Andrej then went on to receive a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Corporate Law from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave from 2004-2010. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in law from the same institution from 1999-2004. In 2002, they also attended University of Cambridge, though no degree was obtained.
