Bruce Augustadt

Bruce Augustadt has extensive experience with Controllership, Financial Analysis, Systems and Employee Development. His expertise includes the design, construction, installation and operation of management reporting methods and systems all with the end result of turning data into information.

Controllership has been in manufacturing, wholesaling, and consulting. Financial Analysis accomplishments include the use of Linear Programming to determine the interplay of costs between multiple locations in a regional operation, and modeling of process manufacturing operations. Systems work was in the area of Activity Based Costing, and was used to determine Cost to Serve as part of a Customer Profitability Project. Further was the installation of new accounting systems required by corporate reorganizations. Work in the area of Employee Development included career progression in light of flatter organizational structures, and the use of Competency Modeling for assessment of potential.
