Thom Galloway has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Thom began their career in 2007 as a Lead EDR Technician at NCDR, LLC, where they were responsible for providing technical support for office-based Electronic Dental Record infrastructure, as well as project completion using Agile Methodology. In 2013, they moved to Century Solutions Group, Inc. as a Service Manager and Field Engineer, where they managed a staff of in-house employees and consultants, as well as providing proactive onsite monthly maintenance for servers, workstations, and networks, and end-user tech support for 100+ small/mid-sized companies. In 2022, they became Service Desk Manager at DataNet Systems LLC, where they were responsible for supervising the Service Desk and its employees, ensuring customer account information was accurate and complete in Connectwise Manage, tracking progress of service tickets, and managing customer relationships. Thom was also responsible for establishing and maintaining partner relationships.
